Welcome to REKR, the platform that connects artists and freelancers and enables them to collaborate on creative projects. By signing up and using our app, you agree to these terms of use.

1. Acceptance of the Conditions

By accessing REKR, you agree to be bound by these General Terms of Use (GTU) as well as our Privacy Policy , which you acknowledge having read and understood.

2. Account Creation

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for any actions taken under your account.

3. Use of the Platform

REKR acts solely as a networking facilitator. Transactions, payments, and service terms are managed directly between users (freelancers/artists). REKR does not intervene in contracts entered into between parties.

4. User Commitments

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information;

  • Respect other users with professional behavior;

  • Comply with the laws in force relating to their activity;

  • Provide quality services, in line with established expectations.

5. Intellectual Property

Works or content created by users remain their exclusive property.
Any use of these contents by REKR (in particular for communication or promotional purposes) requires prior written consent from the author.

6. Limitation of Liability

REKR is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses resulting from collaboration between users. You are solely responsible for the exchanges and agreements concluded via the platform.

7. Disputes

In the event of a dispute between users, amicable resolution is encouraged. REKR may offer mediation, but does not guarantee a solution.

8. Modifications to the Conditions

REKR reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use. Any updates will be published here with the date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Suspension or Deletion of Account

REKR may suspend or delete an account for non-compliance with the Terms of Use or inappropriate behavior. A notification will be sent to the affected user.
